You can be confident of a refund, no questions asked. Yes, even on sale items unless otherwise stated.
Just follow these steps:
- Once you've received your items you have 30 days in which to return them to: Gwyllem 92 Keen St, Lismore, NSW 2480
- Please contact us here as soon as you know you'd like to return it. It helps us manage our stock levels, cheers :)
- Reuse the packaging your items were sent in.
- When exchanging for an alternative item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
- If you're trying on garment many times to decide we really appreciate removing fresh perfume and making sure the items stay away from surfaces with animal hair.
Terms and conditions
- The garment must not have been worn or laundered.
- In the case of a faulty garment, no attempt has been made to repair it.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to me and I will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Any garments received outside the 30 day period may not be refunded.
