- You can be confident of a refund on full priced items.
- Sale items are available to exchange however a refund will be at our discretion. We are a tiny start up brand and cash flow is very important to the health of our new biz, we know you understand.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- When exchanging for an alternative item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
- If you're trying on garment many times to decide we really appreciate removing perfume and making sure the items stay away from surfaces with animal hair.
For exchanges and returns follow these steps:
- Once you've received your items you have 30 days in which to return them to: Dalee Ella Prints 92 Keen St, Lismore, NSW 2480
- Please contact us here as soon as you know you'd like to return it. It helps us manage our stock levels, cheers :)
- Reuse the packaging your items were sent in.
Terms and conditions
- The garment must not have been worn or laundered.
- In the case of a faulty garment, no attempt has been made to repair it.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to me and I will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Any garments received outside the 30 day period may not be refunded.
