We are women however, not machines. Running a small creative business is an epic multi hat wearing feat and we also live lives full of family, homesteading tasks, community and fun outside of our biz. To avoid burn out as cyclic women, at times we need to prioritise our selves and our families and therefore have created policies that give us some leeway time if needed.
